Capture One 21 will not open!

I get as far as transferring to applications, then when I go to open it I am told it has quit.

My order reference is ;  CO2O1O26-3495-83182

My Key is;  7K95-YU9K-3N99-53MA

I am totally frustrated with your products. You were recommended and I am now beginning to wish I had never heard of you.

With the money I have spent I want this up and running ASAP!!!!

I now have NO Capture One Software.

    Use the Submit a request link to record your dissatisfaction officially with the C1 Support team.

    Is there any particular reason that you have posted this in the Legacy -Media Pro section?
