    Nikolay,

I would suggest you contact the Support Team using this link.

I assume that however you are starting the installed version of Capture One (a linked icon somewhere perhaps?) is pointing to the right program or version of the program?

There was a recent post that identified a similar problem and that seemed to be solved by discovering that the desktop (?) icon said it was a link to one version but was actually a link to another version. A simple thing that is unexpected and therefore easy to overlook - which is why I suggest it just in case it is worth investigating.

I have already left a message in this section. Reinstallation and re-download did not work.

If I try to connect by browser on "activation.phaseone.com ", this NEVER run

This is not a problem of firewall or internet provider

    I have 10.15.7

At 10.13.6 High Sierra the same.

The application is registered successfully, which is reported in the corresponding window, but then it does not start.

I haven't started using it yet, but the problems have already begun. It's scary to think about what will happen next ...

    go to finder

    SHIFT COMMAND  G

    go to the folder

    /private/etc/hosts

copy the file "hosts" into desktop

make an other duplicate and put into a folder you want ( to be safe )

return on desktop , select file host , double clic and open

look at bottom, if you see a line like this

    0.0.0.0 activation.phaseone.com

    DELETE IT !

    close and save

drag modified hosts file in original folder , overwrite and confirm action

    restart computer .
