activating c1 21 not possible
I have a subscription c1 20 for Fujifilm camera, which I pay monthly. When I open C1 21, a menu appears where I have to enter the licence code. this licence key is also recognised correctly. After that I have to enter my eMail to get a profile key to activate C1 21. Unfortunately I don't get an eMail with the key I need to finish the activation. I have already tried x times, even the support does not give me an answer. Simply too complicated this thing.
Please help!
