Following upgrade to C1 21 all images display in B&W?

I have just upgraded my image catalogue from version 20 to 21 and all my images, including raw, are displaying in B&W. I never experiences this in version 20.Any ideas welcome.

    Don't know if this will help, but I was just notified that 14.0.1 was released.

    Hi Mike,

    Have a look at your process recipes in the output tool tab. Maybe a B&W recipe (gray scale color space) is selected.

    Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I reset my output process recipe and the problem has gone away.
