payment problem

Hello I have a problem to pay my upgrade subscription. I am from Switzerland and after re-connection to may Paypal  account it say that the amount was recalculating due to Paypal account which is connected to my Czech credit card. But the price is still the same and after confirming the payment it appears again and again so I am not able to finish it. Can you help me to solve the problem?
