Nikon Z7 II RAW on Capture One 21

The Nikon Z6 II and now the Nikon Z7 II have been on the market for a few weeks.

The images from the Nikon Z6 II are not recognized.

Until when will an update be available for the Nikon Z6II and Z7II series?

    Same question. Lack of Z7ii support is very disappointing...

    A bit of an exaggeration to say that the Z7ii has been on the market for a few weeks. My favourite retailer hasn't got stock yet. It's only just started shipping. And Capture One have to get hold of one to be able to test it and develop a profile for it. Give them a chance!

    It is a function of being an early adopter. I agree with Ian that the Z7ii has not even started shipping yet. I did see a video on the C1 YouTube site saying that the 6ii and 7ii are coming soon, but no exact date. There is a video on the Matt Irwin website that has a work around that you may be interesting in looking at if you cannot wait.

    With Adobe releasing the new DNG Converter, there is (outside of the exif change hack - which i assume is exactly what Adobe did in the converter - treat the Z7 II as the Z7, they have the same sensor after all) a reasonable workflow, that i tested yesterday, as i got my Z 7 II (had to brag) then.

    - Pop the CF Express card in the reader.

    - Copy the files you want to some location on your system

    - Use Adobe DNG Converter to convert to DNG files in that location. This leaves your originals intact, assuming you ever want to work with them in the future

    - Import the DNGs from that location to CaptureOne.

    Not quiet as nice, but it will work for the few weeks until they release the next Camera Update.

    I am also disappointed. I just got my new Nikon Z7II and I can't use it with capture one 21. Actually CO21 see it is connected but it refuses to tether the files.

    PLEASE, can you give us a update so we can use this camera. Not weeks but days !

    It is the same as the Nikon Z7...

     

    By the way Capture One 21 is great ! Bravo !!!

    Hi Guys

     

    Just got my new Z7 11 but cannot connect to capture to view raw Nef files via the usb cable.

    Please do an update as soon as you can. I miss not using capture.
