impossible to activate the trial version
2 weeks ago I reported the problem with the activation of the trial software. But no answer from capture one. When I try to take the subscription for sony which indicates 109€ + styles and at the time of payment I end up with 208€. You have a serious problem and it's not the first time. I have screenshots to prove my problems.
