C1 21 slow

I have a 27" mac with 32 gigs of ram and this program is painfully lagging, when I draw a mask with the brush it can take uo 6 secs to apply. Is anybody else experiencing this?? I have gone into my library and cleared the cache what else can I try????

    Yes, happening on my iMac but not my MacBook Pro. Sometimes is seems like the cursor is not lining up with the crop or gradient anchor points too. Turning off hardware acceleration had no effect. I've opened a ticket with support and will let you know what they say.

    Thanks Frank. Never would have thought to look at the color profiles. Not sure why that would effect performance with v21 but switching to Selected Recipe solved the problem. Deleting the core as Paul suggested made CO unrecognizably fast.
