Can't move, from the toolbar on the right, the "library" folder to the left?

Can't move, from the toolbar on the right, the "library" folder to the left?
In this "library" folder I have a tree of folders and filters. I need to put all this on the LEFT, from the main viewing window of the program.
I click on this "library" folder and try to move it - it does not move. Why?
The latest version of the program, 30 days trial version.
Please, help. It's so convenient for me that the tools are all right. But the folder tree ("library") and filter on the left.

The "Library" tab is associated with the Toolbar on-screen window. The tab is a collection of tools related to Asset Management activities.
You can create Floating tools (and connect them into stacks of tools if that would be useful) and position them where you wish to position them. However they are free floating and to not have a managed "window" that can be positioned left, right or bottom. Only the Tools and the Browser can be positioned Left or right (Tools Window) or Side/Bottom (Browser Window).
It you set the Tools Window to the right you could Add a floating Library Tool to the screen and position it Left. Add also a floating Filter tool and position that Left attached to the Library tool. You may need to resize the main window or, better, simply collapse and expand the floating tools as required. If you run 2 screens you could out the floating tool(s) on a different screen.
If you personalise your Workspace make sure you save the Workspace with its own unique name for future re-use.

I am sorry if language differences mean that I have not understood what you are asking, but...
You have two choices for the tools panel
- on the left, or
- on the right.
You have three choices (effectively) for the browser (the thumbnail images along the bottom or down the side)
- at the side (always on the opposite side from the tools - you can't have them on the same side)
- along the bottom
- off. (This is what I do - I don't want screen space taken up by thumbnails when I am editing. If I want to choose a different image, I turn off the Viewer - there's a keyboard shortcut for it - and I see a complete grid full of thumbnails.)
If you want the editing tools on the right (like in Lightroom, for instance) you need to use the View menu and go to
- View>Customise Tools... Place Right
and then for the browser (the thumbnails) your choices are
- View>Customise Browser ... Place Left*, or
- View>Customize Browser... Place below, or
- Hide the browser: View>Browser and uncheck it.
*if you had chosen to place the tools on the Left, then the browser choice would be Right instead.
