How to I activate my free license on a new Mac if I forgot to deactivate it on my old Mac?

I purchased a FujiFilm X100V and it came with a free license for Capture One I think, dont know which version of the software, anyways, I activated my license on my work MacBook, but then I was asked to hand it my old computer which they formatted and they gave me a new computer.

 

Now my old license won't activate on this computer,

 

Is there a way I can de-activate my license on the old Mac via the website?

I want to get hold of this solution asap please.

    You will need to contact support, explain the situation, and have them deactivate it.

    You can reset your activitations by logging into your account on captureone.com.

    After logging in, choose 'manage licenses', click the down arrow next to your product, click 'activation history' and either click 'reset all activations' or choose 'deactivate' right next to the description of the activation on your old Mac.
