Capture One 21

Even though I bought a perpetual license this past June I can not download and start Capture One 21 on my Windows 10 PC even though I have a license code

Help please

    Do you have a license code for V21? When did you get it?

    Did you have a look into menu Help->Check for Updates? Other way round: menu Edit->Prteferences->Updates.
