FirstName LastName

i have capture one pro version 13.1.0.172

with sony A7III and 24-105 G OOS

No profile available the tools don't work no generic

    Hello,

    There are others here who might be able to explain why this occurred or how to correct it. I have a few Sony bodies and the 24-105 and Capture One does recognize the lens. Does your Metadata show what lens was used?

    Bonjour,

    When i'm tethered, the body is recognized but the lens did not appear. It is like there's no lens profile at all in the library or the are not activate ???

    Make sure your file type is RAW. This should fix your issue.
