cannot activate license

Since I have buy a CaptureOne 11 with upgrade to Capture One Pro.
with below key: X3MM-E7EM-C5MN-RACX 
enable to install in second computer, as the 1st computer always stop working frequently since Nov to now.

That is I have to install to a new computer ( Capture One Pro (12)) ,
Software install but cannot activate the license...

Please help me to solve it..

  You should edit your post to remove your licence number - you should not share that in public!

  If the licence key you have is for Capture One 11, it wouldn't work for Capture One 12. If you have bought an upgrade to Capture One 12, then you should have had a new licence key with that. Also, Capture One 12 was released 2 years ago. Have you really not activated it since then?
