Libraries Layout Differs Between Laptop and PC?

Hello. Today I noticed the libraries in Capture One 20 are different between my laptop and PC. I believe the PC libraries are the anomalies but I cannot change them back. I've tried resetting the Workspace to default but it makes no difference. Is there a way to change my PC Capture One Library layout back please?

    Capture One can work in 2 different modes, Session and Catalog. You apparently use Session mode on one computer and Catalog mode on the other.
