Cannot import images

I'm using last version of CaptureOne 21 Pro (14.0.1.7).

When I try to import Images from a Folder to the current Catalog, the Software is blocking and does not respond at all. This images are stored on an external drive SSD Samsung EVO 860, and will not move, only add to catalog.

My system
