stains on clothing after unloading

When the image is uploaded, color spots appear on the clothes. Spots appear regardless of the upload format, srgb profile, OpenCL is disabled. This problem appears when editing photos with shiny clothes. When uploading in a smaller pixel size, the difference becomes less obvious, why? how can I solve this problem so that when loading at the maximum size, there are no such color distortions?

The background is a different colour as well.
Which application are you using to view the uploaded image?
What do you see in those areas if using the Proof Profile feature in Capture One?

As SFA has mentioned, the app you're using to look at your images is important since some rather basic apps can have difficulties with their previews, especially with very big, high res images - and that will cause a colour shift and weird patches to appear. What happens is that the algorithm that's responsible for combining the data points of many pixels gets overwhelmed and produces false results, it often resembles the effect of a micro-Moiree-Pattern.
So keep that in mind.0
