    I wanted to test this but were not able to do this yet. What I think that the issue here is, is that Capture One 21 supports 8-bit HEIF type of files, while the Canon 1DXIII create 10-bit HEIF files. These are not supported.

    I say this without formal confirmation from Capture One support, so please ask them to confirm/deny and let us know, because more people will run into this.

    ok, well--are there plans to add the 2 extra bits to become 10 bit capable, lol?!

    This is still exciting because Samsung S20 heic saves photos with 32bit color depth. I assume that this is the reason for a bug in CP21. Every portrait photo is imported and after that when viewing in CP21 the error message comes: Proxy Creation Failed
    As I said only for portrait photos :-(
