What is the activation code? and where to get it?

Dear friends, 

I installed a trial version of your program Caoture One  on my PC. At startup, it gives me: see the activation code.  I just wanted to see what this program is. On the one hand, you offer to download the trial version. And then you need an activation code. What to do?

    What you sent me is NOT at all what I see on the screen after the start of the downloaded trial version.

    Two words appear: enter the license code below. (at the bottom there are 4 small windows for recording).

     

    I don't have a code - and naturally I can't enter anything.

    Below these small windows, there is an inscription: Do you have a license code?

    When I click on this inscription, I am again sent to the download page of the trial version. But I've already downloaded it.

    (I never had your program on this computer.)

    To be clear this is a user forum, and you are talking to other users, so please try to be civil and don't use capitals (deemed as shouting) when replying to someone who is trying to help.

    When downloading a trial, you should have been asked to create an account and you should have been provided with an activation code. You should have been shown this when going through the download process and also should have been sent this code in an email. If you have not created an account in clicking the Trial button in the page below, then this is why you don't have a key to activate the trial.

    If you did create an account then you can log on to your account and the key you were provided can be seen under your account detail. Logon to see it at the below link.

    If you are still having problems then I would suggest you submit a request by hitting the button at the top of the page and someone from C1 will be able to get back to you.
