Capture one 21 keep crashing by looking for photos in library

Capture one 21 keep crashing by looking for photos in library. In 10 minutes C1 crasched 3 Times only by looking for photos in library. I try to reimport all my catalogues, but same happens.

    You probably need to look at the log files to see what was happening immediately before the crash and the Windows crash log file to see what that reports.

    There may be some useful clues from those sources.

    Also I would suggest using the "Submit a request" option found on most Support pages and at the top of Forum pages to create a Support Case and have the C1 Support Team look at the problem.

    Which version of Windows are you using?

    Windows 10. Computer Paremeter: Processor i7 4720, 16GB RAM, Graphic GTX 960 2GB.

    Which model of Nikon camera?

    Which version of Capture One 21 do you have activated?

    Based on the log file extracts I would guess (and it is just a guess) that empty Thumbnails could be a problem if NONE of the images provide a usable thumbnail (and presumably no Preview file either).

    Based on the information on these extracts I think you need to create the previously suggested Support Case and send the log files to Capture One so that they can provide guidance.

    my Camera is Nikon Z6. I use Capture one 21 for Nikon. With Capture One 20 for nikon i dont have any issue. 

    I just saw that Capture one 21 on Runnig use only 1.7GB RAM and Capture one 20 used 5GB. It is possible that capture one 21 crashed because have not enough speed on my computer with data change?

    As you see in my Screenshot, i just started Capture One 21 and right away I get "Not Responding".
