Activation on Mac OS Catalina

Hi Guys, is there anybody that has problem activating Capture One 20 and 21 on a MacBook Pro 15" with OS Catalina OS X 10.15.5?

I first bought the 20 version months but I had issues activating the license, so I asked to the support but nobody could help me, so I asked for a refund.

After few months, I'm trying to download the 21 trial version and.. ta daaaaa.. same issue.. I can't login with my user and when I input the License Code in the Offline Activation Key it says that the registration key in invalid (but it is).

This thing is frustrating. Please solve this, cause I don't want to change my laptop for a while.

I tried with multiple users, different wifi networks, and even the laptop (on windows worked fine).

    Same exact problem here - this is stupid. I have work to do!

    Update. I’ve just installed the latest Mac OS X Big Sur and it still doesn’t work..
    So I think it’s not really related to the os itself.. what’s wrong with my Laptop guys? Please solve this... I’m tired to use Lightroom instead.
