Cannot crop Panasonic GH4 raw files converted to DNG

As the title says, I cannot grab the crop indicators to drag. The crop window has all the configurations grayed out except for the crop symbol, check box for the Show Grid While Cropping and the 3 dots menu. I have about 5 sets of images and only one set seems to work with cropping. All of my Nikon NEF files converted to DNG have no issues. Any solutions?

 

update: everything in Color, Exposure, Details, Adjustment tabs are all grayed out as well.
