Capture One 21
Can't open the new version after a one time use and catalogue and now can't open the previous version as saying catalogue not recognised.
It's about time you guys at Capture One had a proper on line help service by chat or zoom or remote access so these constant problems can be fixed easily.

This is predominantly a user forum, so that users can help other users, so us guys and gals are unlikely to be able to help with respect to setting up a proper online help service (although there is the 'submit a request' button at the top of the page).
Did you back up your catalogue before the update, or do you have previous backups? Does C1 give any indication as to why it won't start? Some symptoms may help with the answering of why.

If C1 needs to modify a catalogue it always makes a copy of the previous catalog. Rename that to get rid of the obvious name modifier and the previous version should recognise and work with it.
