Need password for Capture 21
It's been two days now that I'm trying to activate Capture 21 without luck. It's asking me for a license code, e-mail address but when I clic on activate, it's asking me for a profile password. I then clic on E-Mail my password.......and nothing. I'm a yearly subscriber. Am I doing something wrong?

The profile password is the password you use to log into your account at captureone.com.

In my case the password is the same one I use to access this forum. Is it different for you?

Upgrading CaptureOne is a freaking nightmare. I can't activate C1 21 either. I saw I was charged $99 for the C1 21 so I came here to download and it won't activate. Honestly this is such a freaking PIA it's becoming a deal breaker. And how the hell does one contact customer support?

Having issues too. Says my email isn't associated with any account despite me being actively logged in. It's now been two days. Customer support takes over 24 hours to respond. This is one of the worst professional software upgrades ever. Really disappointing.

I got my issue resolved already, less that 12 hours. I went to the support page and in the upper right corner clicked on "Submit a Request". Explained my situation which is above and they hooked me up right away. Now I feel kinda foolish for my harsh comment above.

I still can't activate, the app won't login into my account or activate but I can login to my account on web just fine. Seem like they are having server issues. I've been troubleshooting now for two days and still can't activate.

Yes. they gave me a bunch of troubleshooting steps that I have already tried.
