Disappointed with Capture one 21

I absolutely agree. I also disappointed. I was a Lightroom user, just because I bought a Fuji camera it was necessary to move Capture one. I've been using the free Fujifilm Express version, since there weren't enough tools I wanted to switch pro version(I paid the full amount of money for this). Then I realize that I've downloaded Fuji Express again by mistake, I cannot change it. I had tried to explain my issue but unfortunately, nobody doesn't care about it. Is this customer care, really?

I also pre-payed for this release of the upgrade to 21

Why would you do that? At the very least you could have signed up to the 21 beta, then you would know exactly what the upgrade would offer you.

But in general terms, never buy before you try!

Not true. All versions of Capture One are the full version, with access to functionality being controlled by the licence you've bought. You might need to deactivate/reactivate the version on your computer for it to accept your full licence.

Unless you've raised a formal support request (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), you haven't been talking to Capture One. This is a user-to-user forum.

    Erhan,

It's the same program. The Activation code controls which features and functions are available.

De-activate your Express activation, restart Capture One. When prompted activate with the new activation code for the version you bought. That should be all you need to do.

Ah, I see Keith R posted as I was typing.

    SFA,

Thank you for guiding me, finally, I've solved my problem. I'm new to this system so it could be overwhelming sometimes; I had been struggling with it but now it's good. Thanks again.

    Erhan,,

I'm glad you have solved your activation problem.

In my opinion C1 is a lot easier to work with than it might seem to be at first but it may take a little time and patience to become familiar and comfortable with it.

This is especially the case if you have been working for a long time with an application or applications that do things very differently.

When you have worked out the best way to make it fit your needs all should be well.

    Hi, short in simple.

I still miss DAM features for fast annotations, keywords and managing the all my assets.

Speed edit for photos are great, but can we have speed DAM, please!
