License when switching from Canon to Nikon

I have aan archive with 20,000 Canon photo's. But about to switch to.a Nikon camera.

Is the only option to buy the full version? 

Would be a bit awkward since I will use Capture one mostly for Nikon from now on.

    Hi Mark,

    There are several product variants of Capture One.

    With Capture One for Nikon, you will be able to work with the Nikon camera models only. In case you get a perpetual license for Capture One for Nikon, you will always have a chance to upgrade to Capture One Pro (for every supported camera) whenever needed. In case you choose subscription, please note that the subscription model is dedicated only to one product variant, so it can't be upgraded or changed further.
