I can't find how to configure the shortcut for this command.

You could add all the commands that are in this section into the list of "Edit > Edit Keyboard Shortcut" like "Style and Presets"

  Thank you for this post.

  There is no option to create a shortcut for this command in Capture One.

  Thus, I will forward your suggestion as a feature request to the corresponding department.
