Capture One disabling SD Cardreader

Ever since installing CaptureOne (first version 20, now 21), it appears that CaptureOne sometimes disables/disconnects the SD Cardreader on my Laptop (Dell XPS 15, Win10, fully updated, driver up-to-date). The only way to get the SD Cardreader to work again is to go into the BIOS and turn it off, restart, and turn it back on.

Anyone else having this problem?

It doesn't happen every time but often enough and seems to always happen in relation to CaptureOne.
