Capture One 21 for Sony (14.1) DNG crash

Capture One 21 (14.1) Loses all functions when importing a DNG file from my LG G7 camera.

Every function is grayed out, it also loses any previously loaded images that are not DNG. (i.e. jpeg). If I try and load the non DNG image back in it will tell me it's in the catalog already but will not show it. Did not have this problem with Version 20. It would just not edit the DNG format. 

Have to delete the catalog and start again.
