I Can´t connect my Canon eon 5D Mark IV

The computer detects the camera but capture one says it cannot detect it:

Descripción: The request did not complete within the specified timeout period.This can occur if the camera contains large amounts of JPEG images

 

I've tried different cables shorter than 3 meters, also I´ve tried in different USB port.

    M1 Macs are not supported jet.

    Canon did not update any drivers since Mojave.
