HOW TO GET A SECOND ACTIVATION FOR YOUR CAPTURE ONE 21 LICENSE!
Hey, this concerns everyone who bought a capture one 21 license after 17.11.20.
Capture one has changed their licensing policy after that date and you get only ONE activation of your license instead of two. Since complaints in the community didn't help, I wrote an email explaining that I'm working with two devices (Desktop/iMac and Laptop/Macbook) and requesting a refund if they are not changing it back to two activations for everyone! That was their answer:
It seems that this change in a number of seats affects your workflow that's why as a matter of exception I have added one more seat to your license key.
Now you should be able to activate Capture One for Fujifilm on your second computer as well.
So I got my second activation and so will you! They can't just give it to me! Write them, referring to this post requesting a second activation or a refund. hey;ped in my case and I hope it does in your's. Fuck this corporate greediness!

I had trouble receiving my v.21 serial from this mickey mouse company called Fastspring, they now seem to handle all C1 sotware purchases online, usual story, no phone number, no email etc....
When I filled out their online form and eventually got a reply (along the line of 'not our problem contact C1' they too gave the email you kindly provided, so it should work..
