CO21 Installer installs CO20
Downloaded the installer (https://downloads.phaseone.com/5059f2ea-b489-4f19-8e68-3b359e11d00a/International/CaptureOne21.Win.14.0.1.exe) and did install CaptureOne.
Surprisingly, it installed CO20 13.1.3.13
The update checker brings me again to the same download location.
I'm a bit confused right now...

Do you have a licence already, or is it a trial?
If it is a full version and you have a licence then you should be able to download via the button in your account (Download Capture One).
If a trial then:
Download your free Capture One trial
Not sure why you had that behaviour, but I would suggest that you download again from the C1 website and reinstall.

OK, CO20 was installed too, next to CO21. And Windows 10, in a smart way, decided that I wanted to open 20 and hid 21

No worries. I kept C1 20 for a short time, but decided to uninstall it a few days ago.
