Software does not work despite recent upgrade purchase

    I am having the same issue. Im unable to connect my camera to the computer. I tested with another tethering program and it worked fine. Please help

    Diana,

    First, in your Capture One Account, License management, check how many activations you have for your licence. If you already have two activations, you will be unable to add another.

    If the above proves OK, then the problem must be with Capture One's license server, and you should open a ticket with Capture One support. In the past, they have acted pretty quickly on such issues.

    Diana,

    as Eric pointed out, you can manage your license settings via the Capture One website. After changing the machine you are working on, you can deactivate the old machine(s) in the license settings. By this you get free seats and can activate the software on your new machine. Hope this helps.
