Capture Pilot freezing

We've been having the exact same problem over the last few months and wondering if began to happen on version 2.4 after years of working well. Using a 2019 ipad pro, iPhone 12, and MBP 2015 & iMac 2019 with current iOS. It's actually become pretty much useless on site as having to relaunched the crashed app is too embarrassing in front of clients.
(if the software team are reading this can we please also have annotation and delete functions on the app too?)

Same. I actually purchased an extra iPad to have on set because the clients loved having them in hand during the shoot, but now I have to keep restarting the app/ipad. I have both a first gen ipad pro and a brand new ipad pro, both are freezing up on set. Embarrassing.

+1 we keep having to restart the Pilot App .. it used to be so stable
