Phase One Kamera nicht angeschlossen

Meine Phase One Kamera wird zum ersten mal nicht als angeschlossen erkannt, nachdem die neue Lizenz beantragt wurde. Wie kann ich diese registrieren? (ging vorher automatisch) 

Kamera hinzufügen - was muss bei Name und Adresse hin?

    Matthias,

    I think you would be better advised to go to the Phase One web site for camera support and then use their forum or their Technical Support request process to get an answer.
