Installation Capture One 21 Fujifilm Upgrade
I bought the CO 21 Fujifim upgrade, downloaded the latest version (CaptureOne21.Win.14.0.1), uninstalled both my previously uses CO 20 version as well as my CO Express for Fujifilm. Then installed CO 21 for Fujifilm. But every time I open it I get the CO 21 Express for Fujifilm version again. What is wrong, what do I have to do to use my 129 € full version? I have tried several times to intall the new version. Very time consuming, all very complicated. Please be so kind and help me out! Thank you very much in advance. Dirk

... did you deactivate your 'old' licence before installing the new version?
I nearly went the same way (for Nikon) and was somehow annoyed by the need to deactivate - but it worked. It is slightly different to other upgrades in Windows.0 -
Thank you very much Marc W for helping me getting out of my installation trouble! I supposed that the CO Express version was independent from the full CO version to be installed and was wrong :-). The CO support team had contacted me in the meanwhile and informed me that I had to deactivete both my former full CO version and my CO Express version in order to intsall the new full CO 21 version. Obviously Express and full version are the same download and according to the procuct key the range of functions made available after the activation are different. Anyways it's kind of complicated and confusing and took a lot of effort now. But it's fixed. Thank you again for being supportive :-) !
