Capture one 21 won't download to my mac.

I just bought the upgrade from 12 to 21 and it won't download to my laptop.  My OS is 10.14.6

What's happening??  Or not happening??

    please be a little more specific. It sounds, as if you were not able to download a file from the internet to your computer. This seems not to be an issue with Capture One...

    Sure, i bought the upgrade to 21, after the purchase was confirmed i was notified that the download should start automatically ,and if not, gave me the option to click a link which also did not work.  My network connection was solid, but i did not receive the download for COPro 21.  I believe all the other criteria was met for a successful download.

    Just Download the trial from captureone.com, install and enter your license and you should be fine.
