Undo Apply Adjustments
It does not seem possible to undo the Adjustments > Apply Adjustments command in Capture One Pro. I've tried many times without success.
Does anyone know if this is possible? Is there some special way to make the Undo command work like it should?
Why is there no warning dialog when applying adjustments that this command is not undoable?
What other things can't Capture One Pro undo, other than file moving and applying adjustments?

As far as I know, both applying adjustments and moving files should be undoable. (Of course, moving files can be undone in other ways in any case - just drag them back again.)
There have been some reports of problems with the Undo function - I experienced that too, in the previous version, though not in the latest one. Does it never work? Does it start working again if you close Capture One and open it again?
If it doesn't work, then you shovel put in a support case.

Each time you make an adjustment, Photoshop Express treats it as a separate step. To undo the last edit you applied, click the Undo button. Similarly, if you've hit Undo too many times, click the Redo button to apply more recent edits Upsers

Everything about adjustment layers is undoable here — v. 13.1.4.15.
I have no intention to update to v. 21.
You could- set that layer to 0 opacity
- erase the mask and redo
- delete the layer and make a new one.
