Passare da Capture One 12 a Capture One 21
Buongiorno, nel 2018 ho acquistato il pacchetto completo Capture One Pro 11 (+1 free upgrade) Single user a 385,20 €. Adesso, causa aggiornamento macchine, devo passare alla nuova versione. Ho visto però che nel mio pacchetto c'è l'opzione 1 free upgrade. Se provo a fare l'upgrade però mi dice che devo pagare nuovamente i 209 euro per l'aggiornamento.
Come faccio a sistemare questa cosa?

I suspect that the upgrade would have been to version 12.
The best thing you can do is contact Capture One Support using the "Submit a request" feature of the Community web site.
