I click into my Desktop MAC 27 inches, but I can't see nothin

My App don't work, I have a MC Descktop 27 inches, but when I try to open it don't open

    So have you just downloaded the app for the first time? Did you open the .dmg package and drag the Capture One 21 app to the Applications folder?
