Permanently deleted user

In Capture One 21 I got the message to upgrade to version 14.0.2. clicking on the link

led me to an italian download site, which of course I do not unterstand.

I managed somehow to download the file. After installing I noticed I had installed an old version Capture One 20!

1) How can I switch to a language i unterstand (german or english)

2) Why does the link in preferences of CaptureOne 21 lead me to an old version?

3) Where can I download 14.0.2

    If you log into your C1 account and download from there, it should provide you with the latest version based on your license.

    Do you access the internet via VPN?

    Language settings are likely taken from your system preferences.

    If you ares still struggling I suggest you contact support via a web ticket, but if you log into your account it should provided you with the latest update.
