Capture One 21 Fujifilm. Cant open old catalog?

Hi I have the free Fujifilm edition of Capture one 21 (Mac). When I try to open my Capture One 20 Catalog either by option click (browse) or by right click open in Finder this only results in Capture One quitting and not opening. This is the same on Big Sur as well as Catalina. I can create and open a new Catalog in C1 21 and I can open my main Catalog in C1 20 but even after repair of the old catalog C1 21 will not open. I have also tried opening the backups with the same result

Any advice would help

  Same issue here! Wow one month later and no response or reply. Disappointing.
