Backup error
Good evening, after updating to version 14.0.2.36 (Nikon version) I get this error message during backup: "The Maurice C1 backup process failed. An error occurred during the backup." What can it depend on. Thanks Maurizio Bonanni

Hey Maurizio,
I am suffering the same problem with the same version 14.0.2.36 apart from the fact, that my one is "pro" and not limited to a specific camera manufacturer.
Sometimes I got that error, sometimes I won´t. Have not found any pattern yet.
You may try the following:Open C1
File -> Verify your catalog or sessionLoad the catalog which you already have opened yet (sounds stupid but just try)
Now you get a message stating that the current catalog needs to be closed
Agree on that. Now the request for backup is comming up (again). Don´t (!) backup here.
After that you´ll see a dialog which displays the result of the check. C1 exits after that
Now - Open C1 again with your catalog
Try to immediate exit C1
The dialog stating "you should backup" will come up
Press backup
In my case it worked!
Very strange behaviour. I am not sure, whether this workaround will always help.
