Capture One21 crashes or creates shit when editing the luminance mask

This looks like a big bug in the new version. Ether Capture One creates shit when I try to edit the luminance mask or it creashes directly. Furthermore the JPEGs were sometimes created completely wrong (see the attached example)

I hope this will be corrected very fast!!!

    Have you raised a support case?

    ha ha ha! I've opened numerous support cases over the years. The reply from TS is always "send us your catalog". I do that and that's the last you hear about it unless you harass them regularly. Even then they don't have the technical expertise of tools to resolve problems and they do not work with the software development team to diagnose and resolve problems. Eventually they just give up. Effectively, C1 TS is black hole that consumes and destroys everything sent its way.

    Have you turned off GPU acceleration?

    This has all the hallmarks of a local problem, not a problem with the software.

    He makes no mention of having the OP's reported problem.

    Then he should probably keep his opinions to himself. 

    As you know, the old forum had a rule specifically forbidding posting purely for the sake of "venting", and as far as I'm concerned it still stands.
