How do I see my raw files in color when I shot raw+jpg monochrome?

Hi, I have shot with my Fuji X100V set to raw (RAF) + jpg monochrome. I would like to get back to the original raw file in color but all I can see is a BW version. How can I get back to the color version of my RAF? Thanks for your answer. Best,
