Getting started
I got Capture One 11 three years ago shortly after I bought a Sony A7r3. About 22,000 photos later, haven't been able to follow the Capture One online tutorials well enough to edit or establish any workflow. My problem may be an inadequate knowledge base about my MacBook and the general personal computing nomenclature. Are there any private, one-on-one, online Capture One tutors you would recommend? I'm willing to update to more recent Capture One versions, but there's no need unless I can learn it. Thanks for considering.

I use CO21 for my Sony RX10M4 on my MacBook Pro (mid-2012) and it works just fine for me.
