Anyone else with CR.2 troubles

Yesterday, after many ads in my mail and a very aceptable offer , im in the new Capture ONE world... customer since the C1 4 version never had any problems to install and interact, but yesterday my world crashes: C1 21 doesnt recognize my canon files and now i can t open it netiher photoshop nor lightroom... its jusy me? HELP!

    Which camera? Umpteen Canons use the CR2 format - and Capture One deals with them perfectly well.
