Gift Card

I received a gift card for free use on a Styles Pack, Kit or Collection. The only place I see where I can use the gift card code is FastSpring's Promo code field during checkout. When I enter my code, I am presented with "promotion doesn't exist".

I don't see any other place to use the code.

  What was the source of the Gift card?
