Black bars and blocks when zooming into the image
When zooming into images using Capture One 20, my images were partly masked by black bars and blocks of variing size and configuration depending on the zooming factor. These glitches and artifacts made editing of images partly impossible. They could also be seen on thumbnails in the windows explorer upon saving the image. Hardware acceleration has always been switched off with Capture One and, therefore, did not contribute to this problem. I contacted the Capture One support center. Eventually, it was shown that this bug can be successfully removed by upgrading to version 21. Many thanks to Ben Liddle (CO support center) for his always quick and constructive help.

I have the same problem in V.20. I get the black bars on jpg and tif files but not on raw (.raf) files. Its a bug for sure but I own a perpetual license for v20 and do not want to buy V21.
