Capture one 21 pro not launching.

Help!!! Why is my Capture one 21 pro not launching, i just get the spinning ball? I'm using a MacBook pro macOS Big Sur.

    Tell us more, if we are to help. Did you

    • install Big Sur on a system that already had Capture One installed successfully on a previous version of MacOS, or
    • install Capture One for the first time only after you were on Big Sur?

    Also

    • are you on the latest version of Capture One (21.0.1)
    • have you tried reinstalling Capture One?
    • have you seen and responded to any messages about allowing Capture One access to folders?

    I updated to Capture one 21 pro prior to updating to Big Sur. Now I tried to use the Nikon version Capture one 21, but can't seem to be able to save the images, it gives a warning to check the event log.

    Hi, It seem to be working now the third time I reinstalled it, hopefully it will be ok now. Thank you again.
