Is there any way to "downgrade" the catalogues and return to V20 ?

I really don't like V21 (laggish, slow , no improvement) and would love to return to V20. Unfortunately I already opened few recent catalogues in it ... Is there any way to downgrade them back for V20 ?

    You can restore a Catalog from the backup in the previous version.

    Open Capture One 20 and go to the main menu File -> Restore Catalog and navigate to the backup file.
